The Perfect Bath
We bathe to clean; we bathe to relax; we love to bathe. The perfect bath is the best way to leave an impression. Whether your meeting casually, hanging regularly, or together constantly the best impression is a clean one. When setting up a bath, it is good to remember that a bath is not always just a bath. If you combine these elements: warm water, relaxing music, scented candles, bubble bath or essential oils you no longer have a bath you have a sensual experience.
A bath can achieve one of two outcomes. If you have taken the time to draw the perfect bath-you’ll leave a lingering impression.
However, if the water is cold and the music annoying, then you may as well have told her she looks fat in those pants, or more tragically been late for dinner because with this action you’ve just said that your partner deserves a half-ass effort. So, go the distance and remember temperature, mood, and a fluffy towel.
The Setup: Drawing the perfect bath requires a clean tub with the right kind of spa like quality. Add either essential oils or bubbles prior to running the bath.
Once you have filled the tub you’ll want to close the bathroom door and add 6 to 10 drops of the oil. You close the bathroom door to trap the aroma of the oils in the room, for the oil will enter the body through the water as well as the pores which absorbed the steam released from the water, creating multiple entry points into your body and ultimately softening the skin.
They’re many types of essential oils. They can be used in combination or alone producing a different affect depending upon the oil chosen.

Now that you have a warm bath with manicured water, let’s talk about the external surroundings. Nothing spells sensuality like a few discretely placed candles and soft music filling the air.
Turn the lights down low and strategically place little candles around the tub. Outside the bathroom provide a soothing presence by playing nature sounds, peaceful chants, or spiritual melodies. Please remember during your music selection, nothing ruins a perfect bath like electrocution so keep the music out of the bathroom, but don’t forget it completely. Music has such an incredible affect on a person. The right music can unlock tension from the body, mind and soul.
The perfect soak will be around 100 degrees Fahrenheit and should last around 20 minutes. People who find the perfect bath too perfect also tend to find relaxation too with that comes sleep.
